When is Justin Bieber having another book signing or event similar to that in LA?

I just recently went to his concert on October 6, 2012 but I really want to meet him. I've entered contests and stuff but I never seem to have any luck. My mom said that if he held a book signing in LA or something she would take me. I've been doing all kinds of research! Please help and give me dates if possible.

Bieber doesn't have any more appearances scheduled in the L.A. area through January, 2013, according to Ticketmaster.

if he has another concert in L.A. or San Diego try to spend the bucks and score the MVP Backstage pass tickets its really expensvie but ive paid a few of them to meet Rihanna and Alisha Keys

or get courtside Lakers tickets he is an avid Lakers fan
lol I actually met Justin Bieber before and Selena Gomez at a Courtside Lakers game last year
he and Selena are really not like who you think celebrities would be
they are actually suprendously cool people and I actually was hanging out with them after the game which was really cool
