How do I get an animated picture as my default?

I hope this question follows the community guidelines and Yahoo doesn't delete my question since I know Yahoo doesn't like me and has been deleting my legit questions and never delete the troll questions.

Not Possible to Do Anymore That One User Probably Added it Before the Changes Yahoo Answers Does Not Allow GIF Before yahoo Found Out about the Trick Of Adding it on Other Social Sites Because when you Have your yahoo Answers Account Linked to Facebook or Twitter if you Added a GiF Picture On there it would Also Post to your Yahoo Account And They Found Out they were Doing that So They Put a Stop to this
