How do Americans feel about Skip Bayless?

Here for hockey we had Pierre McGuire on TSN who was a complete tool but now he's working for NBC.

I'm reading through Skip's tweets on twitter and I can't tell if he's making an effort to be slow or not.

People judge him for making judgements. I really think that if people got to know him better, they would see he's just a guy who has always struggled to make his point. That leads him to yell and make bold statements. Plus, he makes a darn good television show with Stephen Smith.
