What workouts should I do?
Im a 16 year old girl,5'6, 64 kgs, ive always been skinny and about a year and a half ago i got sick of people calling me too skinny so i tried gaining weight,nowadays ive put on weight but in the wrong places like my stomach and arms,whenever i work on my upper body it seems to get bulkier and musclier,but with my legs they only get skinnier not bigger its so frustrating! What workouts can i do to slim and tone my upper body but gain muscle mass on my thighs and calves?
I used to run everyday which only made me skinnier and thats not what im looking for i want to gain muscle mass thanks though

You should be doing a daily cardio exercise. You also need to lower your calorie intake. You can see how many calories on average you should be eating by using a calorie calculator which you can find online. Also studies have show that weight training which is lifting weights in the gym leads to more fat burn than cardio. Make sure you are also drinking LOTS of water. Drinking water will help you loose fat more quickly. You need 8 glasses of water per day (minimum).
