It's my friends birthday and I was wondering how to get a famous person's attention (On Twitter)?
Alright, I only had so many characters on the question portion, but what I was asking was; It's my friends birthday today and Niall Horan from One Direction was having a twitcam but her computer wouldn't load it and now she all mad, not seriously mad but.. you know what I mean. Anyways I thought that I could try and get him to follow/ShoutOut at her on twitter, but I have no Idea how to get his attention!! Any Ideas?
