No he can't. The who viewed your profile app is fake. It's a scam that gives you names of a couple of people from your friends list and posts photos and links on yours, and other people's timelines. It's just a scam and anything it posts isn't true.

Rest assured, the answer is no. I have sorta creeped on people on Facebook, lol, and when a friend of mine was worried about this issue, I told him what I fully believe: If you don't want people 'creeping' don't put it up anything. No one is forced to have a Facebook or Twitter. If your crush has sites, feel free to look because you can, and don't worry he canNOT tell that you've done it.
