How to get into Ford's SVT Department?

I really want to get into Ford's svt department as an engineer and I'm wondering if anybody can give me some advice to help me stand out and get hired on there. I'm currently in high school and taking a pre-engineering class and looking to get into good engineering schools such as Purdue or Clemson for mechanical engineering.
