My twitter isn't working?

hi there, my twitter wont work. i don't know how to fix it. It wont let me tweet anything, and it when i try to the writing shows up in a grey color than black.
it wont let me go to my settings or anything, it wont let me follow anyone back but it lets me show my followers, who i'm following and my news feed, please help so i can tweet again!!

Make sure Adobe Flash Player and Java is working and is up to date. Also, clear up your browser history and cache and see if that helps. If none helps, then try logging in to your account from another computer, if it's still the same problem then I suggest you to contact Twitter from here:
