How can I share my 684 MB video online and so people can download It?

I uploaded a 684 MB video on camera. Where can I upload It to share people on twitter and tumblr? Tumblr wont upload my video because It is to much of a big file. I also want 3 people to download my video and create GIFS. How can I share my 55 minute video on social sites?

You can easily do it using dropbox. It's the most convenient file sharing program.

I bet that your video is still in the uncompressed format of your video camera. You'll need to compress it to a different format. You also might want to do a little editing. The three freeware programs listed in the following tutorial are more than capable of doing this. Just remember to save your finished compressed video under a different name so that you don't overwrite your original video:
