I'm in the same predicament buddy I has that email about 8 hours ago according to some ppl they say it's the end of the road but I can't see twitter sending an email saying your unsuspended if they really mean that's the end of your account. They surely would just say you've been banned, and not lead people on because that's a violation of human rights ha.
