What does "#" mean on twitter?
I see it a lot right before words, like #howyoudoing or something like that.
Play noughts and crosses? What is THAT?

noughts and crosses is tick-tack-toe, as for the # apparently means something's been tagged. As to what that means, I'm still not sure.
