Don't you think that all the girls in his family are nuts to let him behave like this?

This man has 2 sisters, according to him, and with that you just never know.
He has a cousin which he stated was his best cousin and like a sister/best friend.
He has a mother.

But he is the biggest dog on the planet. He has gotten away with intruding upon people including hacking internet services. He goes around and steals people facebook pages and then follows people on twitter and talk about them throughout the day on yahoo answers. And this is not even the worse part. The people he talks about are not his girlfriend. He has a girlfriend. Now, this is only the beginning. He then is on here so much that people begin to wonder if he has a child and a girlfriend. He talks about his girlfriend in a negative way. He goes around and rambles on about how he hates me and etc etc. Occasionally you can catch him discussing me in a favorable light, when you catch him he then goes and spirals into a fight. He is just insane.

But, I know for a fact that:

a) He is narcissistic. He has a lot of the traits. He can be compassionate however for the most part he is a narcissist, in other words, not full blown.

b) Something happened to him. He babbles on about various things and creates all these stories so that you dont know which one is him or not but he goes back and forth talking about rape, pedophiles, abuse, emotional abuse, father. It's no way that his cousin didnt know.

When you confront him he gets irate and start trying to find something on you. For example, he just played like he was Melvin to tell me that I wasnt logical because I told him he wasnt logical before. He is still trying to fight me because his feelings got hurt or he is simply insane. I am beginning to believe that he is simply insane.

Now, knowing this, that he has a girlfriend and that he is acting like a lazy fool, why hasnt any of his family created some sort of intervention? I personally want him off my computer.
He THINKS he is God's gift. He is AVERAGE to me. What got me is that he was super duper nice and sweet. Turns out that is just a copy cat syndrome. But, why is his family NOT intervening?
Put it like this, he is average/cute but his personality -- which I thought was kind put him over the top to handsome. Turns out, that he is going around taking things over like my internet. And, why do they let him get away with it?
