How do you make your twitter official?
So you know how you go on twitter and you view a celebrities profile and there background has a picture of them, and their name? How do you do that?

People often make 'fake' accounts of celebrities, so that's just a way of them verifying that the account belongs to the actual REAL person. However, if you are not famous for anything, you can't get one.
