Create a Twitter Account, and share the word on there. Include your Facebook page on your Twitter Profile. Just make sure that you stick to "following" other business like yours and not random celebrities that you like. Good luck!

Join other commujities (Squidoo, Pinterest, Twitter for example) and publish posts relating to youtr business and FB page. Make sure your posts carry links.

These are the two things I did to promote my page:
First, I bought 1000 Likes from http://buyfblikes.ca (it cost me $20, but you can get 500 if you want for $10). These Likes will help your page get more interest from people (not very many people look at pages with 8 Likes, as you said). Making fake accounts as others have recommended will take FOREVER unless you have one of the expensive automatic account makers. The second thing I did, was put funny pictures and interesting stories. While you might think this wouldn't work in your case, interesting or hilarious fashion stories could do wonders for your page if you have enough Likes to get people to click on your page in the first place.
