Hi there,

Here are some things I think will help you improve your shop and get in more visitors.

1) Use all 14 tags! The more you tag your items, the more chances you'll get of being found through the Etsy search engine.

2) As you already know, your pictures are extremely blurry and they are pretty dark as well. Pictures are important in getting sales. Your customers won't be able to physically touch your items so your pictures have to convince the customer to buy the item. Try using the "macro" function in your camera for close up pictures. Also try getting some natural lighting in by taking pictures next to a window or going outside.

3)Fill out your shop policies. Customers are always cautious when buying online. Give them as much information as you can so they can feel that shopping with you is safe! This is crucial especially for a new seller because you don't have any feedback. Tell the customer when your item ships and what kind of shipping you'll use. Tell them when they should pay and what forms of payments you'll accept. Things like that.

4) List more items. Your shop gets put on the top of the search engine every time you list a new item.

5)Advertise online. Start a twitter, facebook fanpage, myspace, or a blog. You can also advertise on the Etsy forums (click on "community" on the top of the etsy page and click "forums").

6)Advertise offline. Get business cards and pass them out to everyone you know. Leave them at local shops and businesses. Word of mouth is a great way to advertise.
