when i am trying to download the twitter text on my phone. i'm cautious about doing it and being charged

Although Twitter is free they are warning you that your cell phone carrier might charge something.

So, does is cost you anything to receive a text? If so then getting a text from Twitter will cost just as it would cost to get one from your homie.
