I play alot of online games. Been a member of the same team for 5 years (plus a few extra years with a different name. same people different team name).

and i have a biography section on my commercial websites where I talk about the history of myself and my business but judging from my logs.. not many of my customers give a shiit.
They dont hit that page alot.

I network with my customers.

I use to do IRC alot back in the day. the 1990s.
That was my addiction back then.
But then the channel i was a regular in.. ...died. People stop showing up.

When the most popular chatter dies.........the second most popular people (his closest friends) stop showing up.. and then the 3rd most popular people quit and the 4th most popular people are like "where is anybody? HELLLOOOOOOOOOOOO.".....

I went to another channel and was like "so i have to go through all the trouble to build new friendships on here with strangers? after years of hanging out with the same crew?"

so.. i quit.
I do still SOMETIMES IRC with my family. We have our own private channel. But thats just not the same. I'm always like "i'm sick of typing. Just call me on the phone. This is lame"

I dont use myspace or twitter or anything. My commercial websites are how people can get to know me.
