Can my email contacts see my yahoo questions and answers?
I am petrified as my fans on here have said that my questions have been emailed to them. I have set everything to private including updates (as far as I am aware) so I am unsure as to why and how this has happened. So as well as my fans on here seeing everything can my email contacts also see? I have a yahoo based email as well.

Hey!

There is a possibility they can if you have your Yahoo!Messenger contacts or Facebook or Twitter friends or followers shared with Yahoo.

They can see your Activity if your Yahoo!Answers account is shared by Yahoo outside of Yahoo!Answers. Meaning, if you chose to share it outside of Yahoo.

These updates are set on your Yahoo!Pulse page/ Yahoo!Profile page and they appear to your contacts on Yahoo!Messenger and other sites like Facebook, Twitter if you have linked the accounts.

To change the settings go to:
