Okay so I broke up with my boyfriend Monday night we been together for 2 years 8 months always together every weekend always on the phone I stayed at his house for a whole month one time his family and mom love me but I had to let him go for some reasons I don't wanna get into.

So now I'm regretting it I miss him to death he miss me to death I seen his tweets on twitter. I been crying on and off since Monday night. we talked Tuesday morning about the break up and how he agreed we need sometime apart so he get his self together and he want to make it work again and give me what I want and that this separation is temporary.

he asked can we stay in contact and I said yes I'm dying to text him and I know he's dying to text me because we're always communicating with each other all day.

My question is. If I text him tonight to say hi and see how he's doing would I look desperate? is it too soon? would I look weird and ruin my chances of getting back with him?

If you wanta be with the guy then do it. Forget about how you look and all that stuff. Just do what is right for you. Being that you didn't say why you broke up I can only assume it is serious stuff. If it is too serious then tell him to back off. If it is solvable then solve it.
