How do I get people to follow me on twitter?
I'm new to twitter and I don't understand what people can and cannot see in order for me to get my name out there. I'm trying to make my account more fun and approachable... Any ideas?
When you 'tweet' someone what exactly does that mean? Is it a message? Can everyone see it?

just get some pics on it and follow alot of people they will usually follow back also follow celebrities and tweet to them
