wen i send a tweet, will it appear in the tweeted person's homepage or profile?

You type what you want to say in the box that says "What's Happening" above it.
The tweet will appear on both your homepage and profile.
All of YOUR tweets are on your profile.
All of your tweets AND tweets from people you follow are on your homepage.
If someone follows you, your tweets will be on their homepage.

if you want to tweet from your phone, just go under settings and mobile and follow the steps it tells you to. then you can set twitter as 40404 in your contacts, and send messages to it whenever you want.

If you just want to send a general tweet, then you just type a message in the box at the top of the page that says "What's happening". Your message must be 140 characters at the most. There will be numbers in the upper right hand corner letting you know how many letters or characters you have left,
If you want to send someone a direct message, or a DM, then type @theirtwittername and then the message for them. The message will be on your page, their page and anyone who follows you.
It's just an easy way to communicate with people you know and anyone you have similar interests with in the world. Best of luck. Hope I helped.
