Can you just protect your twitter account from one person?

I have over 1,000 followers on my twitter account, and it's kind of a fandom based account. But my dad somehow found it today, without realising it was mine at first. Eventually he worked it out though. He wasn't angry or anything, but I am quite annoyed. He follows two other twitter accounts of mine (both personal, and one that was made because he followed the first one) so the one I have now doesn't have my name on or anything. I've blocked him, but he can still read my tweets if he searches my name on it. I don't really want to block my account from everyone, because it's not an account that only people I know in real life follow if you get what I mean. So what I'm asking is, is there a way I can protect my account from just my dad, and no one else? It's not that I tweet anything rude or anything, but he has me on youtube, facebook and on my old twitter accounts, so I thought my new one would be a place where I could actually have a bit of personal space on the internet. But know he knows what it is, even though he's promised he won't, I still think he's gonna go through my tweets everyday and it really annoys me.
