5rts - It's a twitter term. It means "five retweets", it basically means that if you retweet 5 of my tweets, I will retweet 5 of yours in return. It's a means of promoting accounts so more people could potentially follow them. You get things such as "likeforlike", "followforfollow" etc on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.

Swag - It's slang. It's not an acronym as people think, it's very similar to the word "chav", it's a word that people made into an acronym. Some people say it's "something we asians got" or "something we americans got". You could replace the word with "cool" but "swag" can also refer to style, attitude, behavioural traits. You could associate "swag" with the hipster stereotype. Saying someone has swag means that they're cool, basically.

Swaggie - A person with swag.

Apart from the answers already given: 'Swag' is, or used to be a slang term for money - usually stolen money, or other stolen valuables.
