Need help with Twitter?
When i try to tweet somebody it doesn't show up on their page for example say im tweeting Justin Bieber (lol) It wouldnt show up on his page but everyone elses does.

I think that's only when he retweets them. Happens to me. Then I realized that it must be retweete by that person in order for it to be on his/her page.
