I am following a few celebrities such as Shaq, Kim Kardashian and CNN, but do you have any suggestions?

I think it depends on your interests and what you are trying to use Twitter for. If you enjoy following celebrities you can do so, but don't be afraid to use the seach features to find topics and interests that you enjoy. It's a great way to network and make new friends, as well as grow a business.
