I think my boss mistreats me a little too much?
I have only been working with this company for 6 months. I am an online sales and data specialist for a custom rim shop and I am the only person who does the online sale work and data entry and filing besides her brother who also works with us.

When I first started, my bosses (husband and wife) both loved the work I was doing and increased my pay as well as gave me the front office.

Lately however, my female boss has been treating me in a way she doesn't treat any of the other employees (one of the other employees is her brother)

She's

-pointed at me and said "This is your fault!" about a mistake her brother made with an online sale in the room next to a meeting we were in and everyone heard.

-Blames me for a lot of mistakes that her brother makes in the online sales portion of the job and when I try to explain that I didn't do it, she insists it was me then says to me "The guy who had your job before you couldn't do it the way I'm asking you to do it. Guess where he is now."

-When I took a day to go to urgent care due to a kidney infection, she told me that if my health was keeping me from working full time, she would have to find someone else (But other employees take days off all the time for no reason AND she goes on three day vacations every other weekend)

-Every other employee (including herself) uses their phones to text all day and employees with computers go on Facebook all the time. But she removed solitaire from my computer and has actually taken my phone and hid it in her drawer for an entire day for checking a text (she's done that on quite a few occasions)

-Then today she saw me making a snack in the kitchen (I was in there for only 30 seconds, I counted) and forced me to take a 30 minute break that I wasn't going to take today because "I'm not allowed to eat at my desk" when everyone else does it every day!!!

-Also, she pays me $1 less per hour than the maximum pay for my job description that she printed out for me, but has me do other jobs and tasks completely not part of my job description. For instance, driving over 20 miles away in the company vans whose ac does not work very well, to pick up tires and wheels (where sometimes I get verbally abused by the workers and made fun of and get sexual things blurted out at me because I'm a girl) and I'll be in traffic for hours at a time. Then later when I am back in my office, she will become mad at me for not having my work done on time or not done correctly.

I've started writing down every ridiculous thing she does and write down the dates as well in case she tries to fire me so I can use this in court,

Her mood is always up and down and I'm sick of it. I'm underpaid, I drive 30 minutes to and from work, and my boss is a b****. I want to bring this up without a huge drama fest occurring. How do I do this??

Start job hunting. It's easier to find a job if you already have one.

Good idea; keep a record (log) of all these things. She's obviously unhinged an wants you gone so she can hire someone else for less money.

Maybe it's PMS or menopause or a thousand other things at home or personal with her.
I would pray for God to change her or move her OUT. You don't deserve this.

I wouldn't put up with it and would find a better job where I was liked and appreciated.
Maybe you could give her husband as a reference instead of the wife.

Good luck with this. Remember, God is on the side of the victim!
