I have a question about my Dell Inspiron Laptop?

Yesterday i was pushing all the F1-F12 buttons and somehow I did something so now none of the previous things are displayed on the desktop, such as the photo gallery, movies, weather etc. Also on Microsoft Word I lost the word count, and that entire bar at the bottom of the page. I tried pushing all the F buttons again, but none worked, however; it does look like my screen is zoomed in and there are things still displayed at the bottom that i can't see.
If this is zoomed in, how do I unzoom my entire computer?

*start
*on search program & files write system restore press enter
*click on next
*select the data when your system was working good then click next
*finish& continue
