How to upload a photo on twitter using a phone?

I want to upload a photo using a phone on twitter but how do I do it..if not suggest an alternative.

Okay so, when you want to tweet anything there is an camera option down the thingy that says "write something"
Only if you have the application, or else you can't

You must be on the application, but when you go to compose a tweet the symbol to take a photo or upload should be there... If not, you need to update or re install. Good Luck!
