Joe Biden managed to roll a bizarre attack on Mitt Romney and an awkward gaffe all into a single campaign stop on Wednesday.


Biden called the Republican presidential candidate 'one quackin' duck,' an insult that, bafflingly, was meant to imply Romney's views on taxes 'lacked common sense.'

At the same rally, he addressed the audience with 'here in Iowa.' The only problem: Biden was in Ohio.
