What are the best sites for measuring clout on Twitter?
Twitter has grown to become an important platform for communication. Certain individuals have more follows/ more re-tweets/ are more cited across the media. I am keen to learn of the different sites that compare the 'clout' of Twitter users, and how there methods of calculating 'clout' differ..
