How to see mentions on twitter?

How do i see all the people that have mentioned me on twitter and? Also, how do i get someone to follow me that i follow ?

On the home page, where it say 'timeline', next to the word timeline, there should be another link that says 'mentions'... click on that and then you will see people who have mentioned you in their tweets. Also, you can't get someone who you follow to follow you back unless they choose too.

It says @Mentions on the top of the page (on mobile i think its just an @)
Also you can't, but you could talk to them and ask them to follow you.
