Question about blog.com ?

if u've seen this Q before ..i've changed the category ^^
well ..am new to blogger ...few days ago i made a blog and its pretty important ..i need to put a "follow me on twitter" button ..but i really dont know how ??? or "follow me on facebook " so do u know how ???also i made the blog so it recognize me as the admin ...so why blogger is asking me to become a member to my blog i mean its asking me to sign in to connect with friends or members ..while am signed with the whole blog ?also become a member on MY blog this means that my views for any post or page is gonna be counted despite the other visitors ??? am not using worldpress blog ..just the usual one ...and all the tutorials r about other sites than the blog ..so any idea ??if u dont know plz leave ur comment to ur self cuz i know what some of u do here in yahoo answers ....
