Can I get my Twitter back?

My twitter was suspended last night. I guess it was for spamming but all I did was tweet a hashtag multiple times and send a video to some people. Other people have "spammed" way more than me and they don't get warnings or anything. My account was just suspended. I sent in a ticket, i guess that's what you call it, explaining. It said it might take a few days but i was on Google and one person got their account back in 2 hours. It's been like 16 hours for me. Is it possible for me to get it back? I had about 520 followers, including some people its going to be extremely hard to get them to re-follow on the new account I made.

i think send email to twitter company and told the whole situation and ask for activation of your account.

Well, if you can't retrieve your previous account due to several reasons or restrictions imposed by Twitter the best way you can do is to make a new one, it's not too late. Join social media exchange to gain exposure, by joining this type of network it will be easy for you to gain followers without doing mass follow.
