Is there a way to prevent one person from seeing my tweets, and only one person?

I don't want to protect my tweets from everyone, cuz I have a lot of friends that follow me that wouldn't be able to see my tweets. When you protect your tweets, do you lose all your followers? If so, is there another way, cuz this particular person stalks my Twitter, and she posts rude things about me.

I think if you protect your tweets you can choose whether or not you want people who don't follow you to see your tweets .. and you also have to accept everyone who wants to follow you your pictures and stuff are also protected. That all i pretty much know.

idk, try reporting spam or somthing. there should be a way to doing it. like blocking on fbook!
