how do I send my song to recording companies?
My uncle owns a recording studio, and he's allowing me to make a demo of one of my songs. He isn't internationally known, in fact, he only records for the fun of it; he doesn't sell his CD's. after I record it, how do I send it to a major recording studio to see if they like it?

i'm pretty sure that you want to send it to a record label, not a recording studio. you could do some research and figure out who the heads of the A&R divisions are, and send them your demo. it's possible that they or their assistant will actually listen and like it. i don't think i've ever heard of someone actually getting a contract this way, but they might get interested. my advice would be to wait until you've done several songs, self-publish them on the internet (youtube, myspace, facebook, etc.) and try to build your own buzz that way. if/when you get a positive response from a lot of people, then you can promote yourself using that. it will take a big response to get a big label interested though. one way to increase the likelihood of someone being interested in your music is by focusing your efforts on smaller labels that specialize in music close to what you do, instead of just focusing on the big four.
