Where can I get a reliable on-line weather forecast for the Manila area?
My husband landed in Manila yesterday and I have learned about a Typhoon (Jelawat). I would really like to get reliable info about this storm. Any suggestions? Or does anyone have any info about this storm? Thanks in advance!

Reliable forcasts are not possible in the Philippines but I think the best and quickest is to follow PAGASA on Twitter. They keep you updated although a lot of times they post AFTER the storm has come and gone.
