Lol all it'll do for u is help u vent and stay in touch with friends. If U have a fb account already, I personally don't see the point of having a twitter as well.

U can put up a pic for a background, have an icon pic, change the colors on ur twitter page, follow ppl and get followers
It's like an update site. U read things famous ppl post or random ppl post, but u have to follow them 1st. U get to know some juicy gossip and twitter fights ( the best cus they're funny ). U just have to really explore the site. U can also DM ( direct message ) ppl...only the ones who follow u back
