How do I get a guy to be more social with me?

There's a guy I really like and I go to church with, we don't go to the same school tho. We are both in middle school, and I really, really like him... and I know he likes me. I don't have a phone, but he does and I don't have a facebook, or twitter, or any thing. So.. how will we talk? Will he ask me or something?
