Some kind of virus on twitter?

Hi guys. Few days ago I got a message from one of my followers that said: "hey someone is making up offensive things that are about you" and it had a link attached. And of course I clicked it. And now my twitter automatically sends the same message to everyone I follow few times a day, and posts tweets about some diet pills every few hours. Is there any way I can get rid of it??

try changing your account password and erasing all browsing history and cookies from your internet browser.
