There is this girl I like, that recently broke up with her boyfriend.?

I am 14 years old, and so is the girl I like. We go to the same school, same class. Pretty much we see ourselves everyday. The thing is, she broke up with her boyfriend 3 days ago, and I'm not sure when to ask her if she wants to be my girlfriend. I mean, I'm not going to do it the week after she broke up with him, because I know she still loves him and can't forget about him (he was the one who broke up with her), so I'm not sure if asking next week (today being Monday) or wait a month or so.

I'm not 100% sure if she likes me, but she does give me signals that can mean she does. She tries to always talk to me, she always wants to Skype with me, she's always touching my arm...I could go on but she just does a lot of stuff that makes me think she likes me

But then comes another thing; she's also hanging out with another guy that helped her with her first relationship (the one she broke up with), and she's put a photo with him in both her Twitter and Facebook accounts as profile pic after breaking up. She's put me with her in her Skype account, but I really don't know what to think anymore. I don't know if she wants to be with him, with me... I really don't know, and that's primarily the reason I come here. What can I do to know if she likes me or not or likes this other guy?
