It was working fine before installing window7 professional.So what sound driver may I use.Please give the link to get it if possible.

Hello Masele Joseph,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

Follow the link below and download the audio driver for your system.

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/e...2731108676

Once downloaded, run the setup in Compatibility mode for Windows Vista Service Pack 2. This should get your sound card up and running.
