If Alex Costancio were to notice a lot of fans on Twitter and you tweet him a lot I'm sure that he more than likely did see your tweet once or twice before but didn't decide to retweet or tweet you back. You have to keep in mind that celebrities tend to get a lot of tweets and follows a day so it is hard for them to notice all of their fans at once. You have to have time and patience. Fans tend to get noticed by celebrities at the most unexpected times so tweet Alex Constancio different tweets each time rather than saying that you love him, your a fan or you would like a follow from him because he receives that several times a day.
