how to get to know a random girl?

okay so iv seen this girl on facebook who is pretty cute, and seems like a nice girl. the thing is, she is a complete stranger to me, we have no mutual friends, but she does live in the same town as me (5 minutes away) . should i add her on facebook/ twitter, because there's a 50 percent chance this will work, because some girls get freaked out by this. i have already been in a relationship with a girl who i met on facebook, so it could work. i need some help, how would i attract her attention, she seems really nice.

Personally i know alot of girls that find getting chated up on fb without knowing the person a little off putting. Perhaps you could find out what her hobbies are and try to accidently bump into her somewhere? that way she would just think it was a chance encounter but even so. its possible you may have nothing in common. looks dont make the full package =).

If you were successful the first time then go for it. I think there's a lot of girls that add random people on Facebook because their friends happen to know them. Just be nice and friendly and well become friends. I think Facebook is an easy place to get close to someone because you can easily comment on their statuses and learn more about them. Just a word of advice, girls don't like creepy or clingy guys. You have to be someone fun and cool to talk to or else they'll block you. Anyways, good luck!
