what should i do now?

i met this guy who's 16 and i'm 14, he came over on holiday to london from france and we got talking. i really started to like him. he's really quiet, but not shy, and when i talk to him i feel like he's actually listning and genuinly cares. he said he likes me alot, and we're following each other on twitter (he don't have facebook,) thing is, when he left to go back to france i messaged him, the next day, october the 25 and he still hasn't replied. it doesn't look like he's been online tho, he hasn't tweeted since then. should i mesage him again, or is it too late? has he probebly forgotten me by now? what should i do??
