Why is everbody pissed at Eleanor Calder?

Why is everybody mad a Louis Tomlinson from One Direction's girlfriend? I'm seeing posts on twitter saying she did something really rude or mean to Louis. I like Eleanor and Louis together, but what happened?

SOMEONE ON TUMBLR POSTED THIS:

“Eleanor is a fucking bitch. If I hear one more complaint that Louis is rude to fans I will flip my shit. He is the sweetest person ever and he truly cares about every single fan. I asked him for a picture and he looked up like really sad and he said “I’ll be right back okay?” So I just smiled and said okay. About 5 minutes later he comes walking back and Eleanor stepped in front of him and glared and just said “No” and he looked at me really upset and she pulled him away. Then I went outside and he tried to stop again and she just stopped and looked back and said “I can let you take just a picture of me but I have to go okay?” So I got the pic of him.

Do us all a favor Eleanor and don’t come down in the lobby with Louis because you make him feel like shit when he has to say no to pictures.”

But I don't know if it's true? Because the girl who posted it said she found it, and said she doesn't want to believe it.
And in the recent pictures with Louis and Eleanor together, she always looked pissed. Maybe that's just me, but she was always like "-.-" while Boo Bear was like ":)"
