Question about blocking people on twitter?

i unfollowed and blocked these 2 annoyances who have been talking trash back and forth on twitter. but even after doing that, though it says that they're blocked and i'm given the option to unblock them, they still appear under my followers. is this supposed to happen? my profile is locked so are they still able to see my tweets.

I don't use Twitter anymore, so I don't know if I'm gonna be much of a help but: whenever you block someone on any website, it means that you're exempt from THEIR posts. So yeah, it's supposed to happen.

you just need to remove them from following you and then they can't read your tweets.
