How would i approach a girl i havnt really talked to in a while without being obvious. Im a nice, smart, respected kid and mostly everyone likes me. I dont have any classes with her but i have seen her checking me out and she followed me on twitter so i followed back. What should i say or do?

start talking to her like a friend. you sound like you're easy to be friends with.
but don't allow her to put you on her friend zone, flirt with her.
then see how she reacts. because you can't make someone like you.

Just go up and say "Hey, your blah blah blah right?" with a really cute smile. And then when shes like ya, be like " Oh I think we follow each other on twitter" after this just initiate small conversation and then at the end say "well hope I get to see you again soon" and just be flirty.
