This guy I was talking to kept eye contact with me,even when I looked away.He asked me how old I was,and why can't I date.He tried to tell me if I secretly went out with a guy,my parents wouldn't know.Then he asked if he could see my phone,and asked if I had a facebook or twitter etc.We talked for about 5 minutes,and he held eye contact so long,I had to look away because I felt uncomfortable.Does this mean anything? He also is playfully mean to me to.

yeah I think he could like you, or with some guys, he is just having fun with you, depends what kind of person he is
