How do shopping centres promote themselves?
Apart from online stuff like having their own website, using Twitter/Facebook etc?

I think they a lot advertisements and business press release. It makes people aware or updated about the current happenings in the mall. Also, I noticed most malls invite popular people to visit or have a concert there so people will get enthusiastic in going there.
