To add to that Austin has recently said Punk has reached his limits and will lose against Ryberg err RyBack in Hell in a Cell.

Punk and Austin have been building this feud up even longer than the WWE using twitter. It's been going on for a year or more and I think the match is probably slated for WM 30 and not 29.
